As a Co-Founder at SmartTerm Limited, Ms. Hoyte is driving impact across the Caribbean by leveraging innovation and technology to strengthen education systems and promote sustainable growth. She has also led many impactful projects focused on youth, women, and education in collaboration with international organizations such as CARICOM, the U.S. Embassy, CANTO, UNHCR, UNDP, IOM, IDB and CVC.
