Evelina is a multilingual anthropologist (University of Hamburg, Germany) and has earned her master's degree in human rights (University of La Plata, Argentina). She has worked in various non-governmental and private organizations globally as a researcher, evaluator, and project manager in the field of public policy innovation on topics such as housing shortages, foster families, migration, forced displacement, sexual and ethnic violence, youth and labor opportunities, and energetic transition in Colombia. Currently, Evelina works as an independent consultant on topics such as fundraising, economic sustainability in rural areas, cultural tourism, or supporting women from historically marginalized communities.
